Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Rendline. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide web design, development, and optional hosting services tailored to trade businesses. Specific service scopes and deliverables are outlined individually for each project.

2. Payments & Invoicing

- All payments are invoiced manually.

- Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

- Projects may be paused or terminated if payment is not received on time.

3. Hosting Services (Optional)

If you opt in for hosting:

- Hosting is billed monthly or annually.

- Downtime is rare, but we are not liable for third-party server issues.

- You can cancel hosting at any time with 7 days’ notice.

4. Ownership & Licensing

- Once paid in full, you own all design assets and website files.

- We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Any indirect or consequential damages

- Client-provided content or legal compliance

- Downtime due to third-party providers

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Payments for completed work remain due. If you terminate a website project once the development phase has started you are responsible for 50% of the total cost even if terminated and not completed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, but designed to respect clients based in the United States.
